{"id":131,"date":"2025-08-23T20:14:37","date_gmt":"2025-08-23T20:14:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bhvcaribbean.com\/?page_id=131"},"modified":"2025-08-24T18:40:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-24T22:40:26","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bhvcaribbean.com\/nl\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Algemene voorwaarden"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"131\" class=\"elementor elementor-131\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ebf24a8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ebf24a8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-019e8e0 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"019e8e0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e7e544 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3e7e544\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Algemene voorwaarden<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-589e8ccb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"589e8ccb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-853ad42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"853ad42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"model-response-message-contentr_5cd0a02b6bc3d235\" class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel tutor-markdown-rendering stronger enable-updated-hr-color\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<h4>Artikel 1 \u2013 Algemeen<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, offertes, diensten, overeenkomsten en leveringen van BHV Caribbean, gevestigd te Willemstad, Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 Door gebruik te maken van onze diensten gaat u akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 Afwijkingen van deze voorwaarden zijn alleen geldig indien schriftelijk overeengekomen.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 2 \u2013 Diensten en cursussen<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2.1 BHV Caribbean biedt gecertificeerde trainingen aan op het gebied van noodhulp (BHV), eerste hulp (EHBO), reanimatie\/AED, brandbestrijding en evacuatie.<\/p>\n<p>2.2 Onze standaard BHV-cursussen bestaan uit 1 tot 2 dagen praktijk- en theorietraining.<\/p>\n<p>2.3 Studenten die slagen voor het examen ontvangen een erkend diploma, gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd volgens de NIBHV-richtlijnen.<\/p>\n<p>2.4 Indien een deelnemer niet slaagt voor het examen, krijgt hij of zij de mogelijkheid om het examen opnieuw af te leggen tegen een overeengekomen vergoeding.<\/p>\n<p>2.5 Een jaar na het afronden van de cursus moet het bedrijf of de deelnemer een herhalingscursus volgen om de geldigheid van het certificaat te behouden.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 3 \u2013 Brandoefening<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3.1 BHV Caribbean biedt een brandoefening aan die maximaal drie fysieke bezoeken aan de bedrijfslocatie omvat.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 De procedure is als volgt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Eerste bezoek: analyse van het evacuatieplan, controle van de bestaande noodsystemen en de algemene veiligheidssituatie.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tweede bezoek: evaluatie of de voorgestelde verbeteringen zijn doorgevoerd. Indien goedgekeurd, zal de brandoefening worden uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Derde bezoek (indien nodig): een laatste kans om aan de eisen te voldoen en de brandoefening succesvol af te ronden.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.3 Als het bedrijf na drie bezoeken de evacuatieoefening niet met succes doorstaat, krijgt het een onvoldoende en moet het de hele brandoefening opnieuw uitvoeren, waarvoor opnieuw kosten in rekening worden gebracht.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 4 \u2013 Aansprakelijkheid<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4.1 BHV Caribbean is niet aansprakelijk voor schade van welke aard dan ook die voortvloeit uit deelname aan een cursus of trainingssessie, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 Deelname aan de training is op eigen risico van de deelnemer.<\/p>\n<p>4.3 Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant om accurate en volledige informatie te verstrekken over werknemers, locatie en veiligheidsrisico&#039;s.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 5 \u2013 Betaling en annulering<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5.1 De facturering vindt plaats v\u00f3\u00f3r of direct na de trainingssessie.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 Betaling dient te geschieden binnen 14 dagen na factuurdatum.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 Bij annuleringen tot 5 werkdagen voor aanvang van de training worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annuleringen binnen 5 werkdagen is 50% van het cursusgeld verschuldigd. Bij annuleringen binnen 24 uur is het volledige bedrag verschuldigd.<\/p>\n<p>5.4 Het is mogelijk om trainingssessies in overleg te verzetten, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 6 \u2013 Overmacht<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6.1 In geval van overmacht (zoals natuurrampen, pandemie\u00ebn, onvoorziene overheidsmaatregelen) heeft BHV Caribbean het recht de overeenkomst op te schorten of te annuleren zonder aansprakelijk te zijn voor schadevergoeding.<\/p>\n<p>6.2 In een dergelijk geval zal BHV Caribbean altijd trachten een passende oplossing of een alternatieve datum aan te bieden.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 7 \u2013 Intellectuele eigendom<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7.1 Alle cursusmaterialen, documenten en presentaties blijven eigendom van BHV Caribbean en mogen niet worden gekopieerd, verspreid of gebruikt zonder schriftelijke toestemming.<\/p>\n<p>7.2 Het is verboden deze materialen voor commerci\u00eble doeleinden te hergebruiken.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 8 \u2013 Klachtenprocedure<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8.1 Klachten moeten binnen 7 dagen na afloop van de training schriftelijk worden gemeld via e-mail naar info@bhvcaribbean.com.<\/p>\n<p>8.2 BHV Caribbean streeft ernaar om binnen 5 werkdagen een inhoudelijk antwoord te geven en een oplossing te bieden voor klachten.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Artikel 9 \u2013 Toepasselijk recht<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>9.1 Op alle overeenkomsten tussen BHV Caribbean en de klant is het recht van Cura\u00e7ao van toepassing.<\/p>\n<p>9.2 In geval van geschillen is de rechtbank te Willemstad bevoegd.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Laatst bijgewerkt:<\/b> 30 juni 2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms &amp; Conditions Article 1 \u2013 General &nbsp; 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, services, agreements, and deliveries by BHV Caribbean, located in Willemstad, Cura\u00e7ao. 1.2 By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. 1.3 Any deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
